 What are we 

Other than dust

Living life 

Expecting to do something remarkable 

To be seeing 

When we are just 

People

Like the others who were considered genius

What are we

Other than 

Dust?

Back then

I remember when my skin was brighter

And my love for you was innocent

That girl didn't know yet the desire 

Though I still have some innocence left 

My body no longer moves the same way

And there are moments that it does not want to

I am not that girl anymore 

But somehow I still have her 

Love how she smiles 

Because she used to be yours.
